Biggles at Glastonbury Festival 2002 -
The Avalon Cafe

In 2002 we broke through to the big time by playing on a main stage in the Avalon Fields and had the great honour of playing with the techno band "Eat Static".

In fact it turned out that we were playing in the tea-tent in front of the Avalon Stage, where Eat Static were on - and they were rather loud in the bass department.

But nothing can stop Biggles! and we played on gamely. We think they might have put something in the tea-room's tea - this might explain the vivid colour in the pictures...

Please y'all petition everyone at Glasters to put us on a big-name stage in 2003! (the Cabaret Stage might be a good one...)
